There is information about the first qHD the HTC Android phone called the HTC Pyramid. According to the Chinese website, HTC Pyramid has smartphone features a 4.3-inch (540 x 960) QHD S-LCD (WVGA resolution above) and running Android OS 3.0 (but 3.0 comb is designed for tablets). Specs of HTC Smartphone Pyramid are a 1.2 GHz processor, 768MB RAM, 1.3MP camera, 8MP camera front and rear. There is no word on pricing and release date yet.
