NTT DoCoMo has officially announced the Samsung Galaxy S III SC 06D Super Telephone in Japan. The Samsung smartphone has the same colors (white and blue flavors) and the design and the International Galaxy S III. But the Japan-bound S III mobile phone comes with a 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8960 S4 dual-core processor (instead of a quad-core chips Exynos) and 2 GB of RAM (1 GB on European models only).

Verizon Wireless going to release a new mobile phone, namely the Samsung SCH-U380. According to sources, the Samsung cell phone not a smartphone, but only by phone with a sliding physical QWERTY keyboard. Samsung U380 is also a touchscreen phone.
